--- Minutes of 1/13/03 approved.
--- NRI update: Contract with SPNHF has been signed. First draft of maps expected 3/10. Feedback to SPNHF from CCC required on 4/1. J. Andrews to meet with Planning Board on 3/6.
--- BCEP Household Hazmat Day update. R. Mann and J. Andrews met with other BCEP Conscoms and BCEP Committee 1/30 to urge hazmat day, possibly in the fall. Sufficient funds could be available from BCEP to cover costs. Grants possible from NHDES and PSCoNH. Earl Weir to present costs at a future BCEP and advise of Committee’s action.
--- Discussion of possible CCC nominees to fill vacant positions for presentation to Selectmen after town meeting (3/15).
--- Discussion of minimum impact expedited applications:
· Bailat, Edith, Cross Road location: action waived by R. Mann 1/15/03. Discussion of how CCC coordinates with planning board on site development requirements.
· Osborne, Joan, Dover Road location: action waived by R. Mann 2/6/03

· Ferman, Edward, Ferrin Road location: no action taken
